Finance & Reporting Specialist
Negentrix is an educational holding company headquartered in Berlin and founded in 2022. We address the shortage of qualified professionals in Germany through adult education, combining integration tools with professional training. The holding focuses exclusively on in-demand professions, which helps graduates find employment quickly.
Negentrix includes:
— 3 schools specializing in information technology, artificial intelligence, accounting, human resources, and healthcare / Pflege;
— AZAV accreditation, enabling cooperation with the public employment support budget of the Agentur für Arbeit;
— official training center statuses from DATEV and SAP;
— 1,200 students;
— 200 employees and instructors.
We are looking for a Finance & Reporting Specialist to join our finance team.
Responsibilities:
● Monitoring the accuracy of payment documents and processing payments;
● Performing management accounting tasks;
● Providing support in the preparation of financial statements;
● Preparing management reports;
● Participating in the automation and optimization of accounting processes
What we expect from you:
● 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting;
● Knowledge of P&L and CF;
● Experience in preparing management reports;
● Knowledge of IFRS (as an advantage);
● Native-level Russian language;
● English language proficiency at B1 level;
● Attentiveness, systems thinking, and a focus on quality and results;
● Confidence in working with numbers and documents;
● Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different team roles;
● Basic skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
● Will be a plus: VLOOKUP, PivotTables
