Marketing Instructor for Weiterbildung Program (Russian Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Instructor to teach within our online Weiterbildung program for adults in Germany.
You can either cover all three modules as a full-cycle marketing expert or teach one of the modules that matches your area of expertise:

🔹 Web Presence: From Design to Traffic.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who can turn real marketing experience into practical, structured learning and help adult learners build skills for an entry-level role in online marketing or e-commerce in Germany.
Responsibilities
deliver live online classes and practical workshops for the modules “Market Research, Target Audience and Brand”, “Content Marketing and Social Media” or “Web Presence: From Design to Traffic”;
build a coherent learning journey for students, from audience research and brand positioning to content strategy, social media, landing pages, and search optimization;
explain the module topics in Russian to an adult 30+ audience learning online marketing and e-commerce from scratch;
demonstrate the practical use of tools, including AI tools;
conduct workshops based on a cross-module case of a small business in Germany and help students create artifacts that are used across several modules;
review homework, tests, and practical assignments using rubrics, provide clear written feedback, and help students improve their work;
prepare and refine project assignments, assessment criteria, and materials for the project track, which is delivered in German by a separate instructor;
share the weekly glossary, module materials, and context on student assignments with the German language instructor and the project track instructor;
refine the provided learning materials, presentations, workshops, templates, and checklists within the existing program structure;
reflect the specifics of the German and EU markets in the course content, including market data sources, communication with German audiences, advertising disclosure rules, GDPR, mandatory website elements, and basic accessibility requirements;
maintain the pace of an intensive program and support students in moving from basic understanding to practical results.
Requirements
5+ years of practical experience in full-cycle marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, a full-service agency, or a marketing role in a small or medium-sized business;
practical experience across three areas: audience research and brand positioning, content marketing and social media, websites / landing pages, and search optimization;
proven cases from the last 3 years, including market or audience research, positioning development, content and social media management, website launch or improvement, and SEO or search visibility work;
experience working with the European market; experience with German clients, German companies, or projects for the German market would be an advantage;
understanding of German market requirements within the relevant modules, including data sources such as Destatis, Eurostat, and industry reports, advertising disclosure rules, GDPR, mandatory website elements, Google Business Profile, and German directories;
confident use of marketing tools, including Google Sheets and Forms, Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Google Search Console, keyword planning tools, and AI tools;
confident use of AI Tools in professional tasks, including prompt design, output validation, assistant setup, and live demonstration of AI workflows;
higher education or certification in marketing, digital, branding, content marketing, web marketing, or related fields;
1+ year of experience teaching groups, including online courses, workshops, corporate training, or internal training;
experience working with adult learners without a professional background in the field and the ability to explain complex topics from scratch without oversimplifying them;
fluent Russian as the language of instruction;
German at B1 level or higher would be an advantage for working with German sources, examples, and market context.
